Sexual Wrongdoing Limited Liability coverage, also known as abuse coverage, does not protect the perpetrator. It covers other individuals and organizations for related acts, such as the alleged failure to supervise and/or report the perpetrator.

What factors should I consider when deciding how much coverage to buy?

You should objectively look at how much a liability or crime claim could potentially cost and choose your limits according to your coverage needs. Ask your licensed insurance broker for more information.

How do I receive my coverage documentation?

How can I pay for my insurance purchase?

You can pay for your coverage purchase securely online with either Visa or MasterCard.

How do I report a claim?

You will be sent your policy and other insurance documents via email as soon as your application is approved and your payment is processed.

If I terminate coverage, is my premium refundable?

No. Your yearly premium cannot be refunded if you decide you want to terminate coverage.

How long will my policy be in force?

After you complete your purchase, your policy will be in force until the next occurrence of September 1 at 12:01 a.m. ET regardless of when you purchase coverage. All premiums are fully earned and non-refundable when the policy is issued.

*Plus a policy administration and payment processing fee and applicable taxes. $2,000,000 liability coverage available for $450/year. $5,000,000 limit option is available at additional cost.

Your insurance program coverages will be placed with a program administered by Marsh Canada Limited. Marsh Canada has engaged in a competitive marketing process to offer a competitive product. We have negotiated this Program on a group basis with the insurer but we have not acted as a broker for any individual participant. This Program may be for a term of several years and may not be negotiated annually.
